Before you write — a few quick checks
- Hit your backtest cap? The Free plan includes 5 honest backtests per period. If runs are paused, you may be at the cap — it resets next period, or you can upgrade for more.
- Low fidelity score? Some strategies use logic we can't reproduce yet (divergence, custom loops, exotic indicators). The Translation Report explains exactly what mapped and what didn't.
- Honest number lower than expected? That's by design — sealed-reveal removes the lookahead a normal backtest quietly relies on. See the FAQ for why.
- Billing or account question? Email us from the address on your account so we can verify and help faster.
